About Me
I’m a thoughtful researcher who loves helping people untangle complex, interconnected problems. My background in management consulting trained me to look beyond surface symptoms, find root causes, and bring clarity to messy challenges.

Over the past few years as a UX Researcher, I’ve seen how often the most important insights are the ones that initially surprise us. I’ve led studies that uncovered overlooked user needs, challenged assumptions, and helped teams focus on what matters most.

As someone with a physical disability, I bring an additional lens of empathy and accessibility awareness to my work. It shapes how I connect with participants, advocate for inclusive design, and help create products that work for a wide range of people.

The way to my heart is through good conversation and live music. I’m a proud Texan now living in Michigan after a decade in Washington, DC, and I love how quickly people come alive when they talk about the music they love — or debate who deserves the last chip in the basket.
