Teach for Bangladesh:

Conducted UX Research, iterative prototyping, and testing to support the strategic high-fidelity redesign of an international non-profit website in Adobe XD

Outcomes:

Through the findings from Usability Testing sessions that I led and insights from stakeholder and user interviews, our team accomplished the goals of TfB by creating a reorganized navigational structure that made it easy for site users to understand the programs offered by TfB. Due to the importance for TfB to be able to share the impact of the work they have been doing for education in Bangladesh, we designed a separate blog area to tell stories and impacts of fellows in order to drive applicants and to build emotional connections with potential donors.

Lessons Learned:

After our redesign was completed in Adobe XD, we identified a number of areas throughout the site that were unclear to users that we had initially overlooked on things as simple as clarifying the copy text on buttons, to renaming sections of the site to increase understanding. I learned the importance of getting a diverse group of participants
